Product Returns

We offer our customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, simply return the products within 60 days* of the purchase date and Jmar Op no2 Ltd. will refund your money (less delivery fee [£2.95] & restocking fee [£5.95 per tube]).

Return Guidelines:

  • To be eligible for refund, The 60 money guarantee covers only 1 tube opened & used. If a customer has purchased 2 or more then the products can be returned for a refund if only 2 or more products have not been opened and in its original condition. A restocking fee of £5.95 per tube also applies on all multiple tube returns.
  • Only those products purchased from our website are eligible for a direct refund from Jmar Operations Ltd.
  • All eligible returns must be:
    • Postmarked or return delivery within 60 days from the date of purchase.
    • Returned to the address provided below.
    • Must be returned in original packaging (including original box and tube), please note: we can not accept returns without this.
  • No refunds will be issued without an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorisation Number). 
    Any returns that do not include and RMA number that is clearly written on the outside of the delivery box will be refused and returned to the sender.
  • Jmar Operations Ltd will not process or refund any returned deliveries that are refused by the customer or marked "Return to Sender".
  • Any and all complaints concerning damaged, incomplete or erroneous deliveries must be reported to Jmar Operations Ltd within 10 days from the date of purchase.
  • If your product arrived damaged, incomplete, or the wrong product was delivered, Jmar Operations Ltd will pay for return delivery provided that Jmar Operations Ltd is notified within 10 days from the date of purchase.
  • We recommend customers use a traceable delivery method for sending return packages. Jmar Operations Ltd will not be responsible for any delay or loss of package in transit. Refunds of lost return deliveries will be issued only if proof of receipt can be established.

Return Instructions:

  1. Email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. Please include your Name, and Order number.
  2. Pack all purchased product (even if empty) in a suitable container and include a copy of the included packing sheet. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the delivery box.
